Best Transportation from Sanford Airport?

I'm flying to Disney, but the airline flies into Sanford instead of Orlando International. Does anyone know what's the best/cheapest route to go with transportation? I heard the airport offers a shuttle for around $100.00 each way, but I wasn't sure if a taxi or rental would be better.
