Best to get from Port to Hard Rock Hotel?

Originally we were planning on going to Universal first and then taking our cruise. But I would be devastated if any of us tested positive at the port because of three days in Universal, so we changed our plans. I'm curious, what do you think is the best way to get from the Port to Hard Rock Hotel? Should we take the bus to the airport and then take an Uber? Or straight from the Port? Thanks so much!

If you add together the cost of the bus to the airport ($39 per person) and add the cost of an uber from the airport, you're probably not too far off from just paying for a private car service.
