What are the quietest times to go to the restaurants and how late do they stay open to?

it depends entirely on when you will be at DLP as to how late the restaurants in the parks will stay open.

Outside of regular mealtimes is the best time to hit counter service (so before 12 if you can, or after 2pm, and before 5pm, and then after 6ish).
