Best Times to Call?

So, I'm looking for a lunch or dinner Le Cellier ADR during the beginning of December, and so far it's been all booked. I know it's 90% luck of whether people cancel, but I just wondered if there were certain days of the week or times in the day that the chances of someone cancelling is increased.
