Best time to visit WDW?

Just curious those of you with families... when is the best time to visit Disney World? We are planning for 2 weeks sometime in 2009 between May-August. My child will turn 6 July 2009, would love to plan a visit around his birthday. Not trying to be picky because we'll have a great time no matter what, but when is the weather not extremely HOT, not too crowded, and Resorts not at their peak for prices. Will be our first family trip. Thanks

Then I wouldn't go between June and August. May might be ok.
