Best time to visit Star Wars Launch Bay

When do people think is the best time to visit Star Wars Launch Bay? It fits snugly into my touring plan at two interchangeable times -- approximately 10:30 am and 3:50 pm. We're going in March 2018.

My goal is to meet all of the characters and peruse the exhibits -- my bf enjoys Star Wars a lot and Disney not so much. I do have a Disney Visa, so I could take advantage of the (hopefully shortened wait) Kylo Ren meet and greet.

It gives you time to go directly to the Chase Kylo meet and greet.

We went to Launch Bay @ 4:00 a couple of weeks ago and there were 10 minute waits for Chewie and Kylo (regular meet, not Chase). BB-8’s wait was 25 minutes.
