Best time to visit DL...01/01-04/02

We are planning a trip to DL within the next four months. When is the best time as far as crowds? This will be our first DL visit, and crowds may spoil some of the fun for us. We will be going sometime between Jan. 7, and April 30, 2002.

<font color=navy>I recommend anytime except 3-day weekends (like MLK & President's Day) and the week before Easter, especially Th-Su, as those are the days people like to take advantage and go.

Last year, I noticed that the weekend after our rainy season finally stopped was pretty crowded, but there's not too much you can do about that.

The rest of the time, rains come and go, and crowds are "moderately light" at DL and pretty light at DCA. Although the parks close a little earlier, you should be able to visit all the attractions, especially if you use Fastpass for the most popular rides.

We are going to go April 15-19, and then for a few days to San Diego. I have read that right around Easter is the worst....Easter is early this year (end of March)
