I'm trying to book a special birthday lunch/dinner for my 5 year old ... and she chose animals over princesses!

I thought Sanaa would be a perfect place. (We love Indian food, so that is not a problem)
What is the best time to reserve a meal so that we can see the animals from the window?

Thanks :)

1) Afternoon and late afternoon are the worst.
2) The Florida heat makes the animals docile, or the hide under shade.
3) Most people want the window tables.
4) Ask for a window seat and tell them you will wait, if possible.
5) Doesn't always get you the window table, but worth a try.

We are going end of Feb for the Princess Weekend.
Will afternoons be too hot?

5:00pm dinner or 11:45am lunch?

I wouldn't go there when the sun goes down. It's pitch black out there and you can't see anything out the window. Lunch seems like a better option if you want to see the animals.

1) Yes.
2) I would make an EARLY lunch.

I got a 11:45am booking. Will that do?

We will be going to lunch there after my Princess Half Marathon. And staying at All Star Sports. So it should give us good time. (I still can't believe my 5yr old chose animals over princesses!)

It will probably be better than 5ish as that is usually the hottest part of the day in FL.

Remember, if you can't see much in the way of animals while you eat, check out the outdoor observation area right next to Sanaa. There are also covered porches with chairs on the 2nd(I think?) floor that overlook the savannah you could check out.

Maybe your child will be a vet one day. :thumbsup2
