Best time to go??

Hey there,

I'm from Australia and found out I might be travelling to France in 2012 (!!!!!!!!) and was just wondering what time of the year it is least busy at DLP. Any tips are welcome!!

Hi,

In my opinion best time in terms of weather and crowdedness in the park would be: either May-June or September.
Certainly not August in which the visit becomes almost unbearable...

I know you don't get the fireworks or Fantillusion, but the weather is usually good, the prices are lower and the crowds are less. Perfect in my opinion!

Where abouts in Australia are you from?

I'm considering September for our 2012 visit, anyone know when they might release those prices? I'm wondering if the new trend to allow booking much further ahead [i.e June 2012] will continue with the next release of prices??? Also does anyone know if the later fireworks [I think it's until 3rd Sept this year , maybe they always are ] will continue next year and if so if we tried to catch the last night as our first day would it still be mega busy or would we be OK ?

Its our silver anniversary so I really want to make this a special trip......so the warmer weather and possibly later openings would be lovely, but we would happily forego both for quieter parks

After the summer season ends you only get the traditional parade around 5pm in the main park and the stars and cars one in the studios

No more fireworks until around bonfire night
