Best time to go to San diego

We are planning on going the first week in December. Do you think that is a good time to go? we want to go to sea world, animal park and sea world. Not sure what else is going on.

Early AM 0600 or so. Any other time the traffic gets real heavy no matter what time of the day, even at night when we came back around 2200 it was bumper to bumper at 80+.

It is cool in San Diego in December, so don't plan on going to the beach or swimming too much (unless the pool is heated), but that is a great time to visit as the parks are pretty much empty around here.
