Best time to go in Jan-Feb....

Hi,

We had an awesome family Disney trip in lat Feb of this year and my hubby and I are thinking of going again but this time on a really delayed honeymoon....we were hoping to go in late Jan/early Feb of 09 but I would like to know the best time to go. Last time many of the rides were closed and we want to make sure we get a chance to see the things we missed.

Any suggestions?

We love to go in Feb. You do take the chance of rain. We just watch the weather report. Most of the rides where open when we went. I do think the Jungle Cruise was closed and of course IASW.
