I've made PS for every dinner on our trip (I'm a nervous wreck)and to be consistent I chose 7:30 p.m. for as many as possible. Is this a good/bad time?

1900 Park Faire 7:30
Hollywood &Vine (Fantasmic) this being the exception my PS is for 5:30--only time that was avaliable--is it worth it? How long for the show?
Hoop Dee Doo Review 7:15
Rose Cup & Crown Pub & Dining 7:30
Bomas 7:30--will I be waiting forever here?
Cape May Cafe 7:30
Ohana's 7:30

Also, I made a PS for Chef Mickey's at 11:00 a.m--will the food still be plentiful on a Sat. morning?

This will be my kids first time to WDW and I chose a later time so they wouldn't feel so hurried.

TIA:confused:

How old are you children? 7:30 seems late to me as we normally eat around 6:30 and the kids are starving by then. Anything later and I have to feed them separately. Of course they are young and yours may not be! Perhaps keeping it close to your normal dining time at home is a good idea. And because my children are younger I try to get earlier times to avoid what might be a more "adult" dining time later in the evening.

As for how crowded/wait time for the restaurants I don't have experience with that.

My children are 6,8, & 11 years old. I wanted to leave enough time for traveling and hoping to arrive about 20 minutes earlier than our PS for each night. We plan on having a cooler in our room with lunchables, fruit, etc.. to help the kids till their next meal.
