Best time to call MS?

Is there a better time to call MS to check availability? I think I remember reading that it's first thing in the morning but maybe that was for CRO.

I don't think it matters. Cancellations release villas back into inventory immediately. I have been on the phone trying to add a day, told it wasn't available, asked some other questions about a different trip, then CM went back to my first trip and *snap* there was the extra day I needed.

MS is very busy first thing in the morning.

If you aren't prepared to book something immediately or do not think what you want is likely to be sold out, you'll probably get a CM more willing to check various options if you call mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

If you're checking to make the reservation too, than you want to call at 9 am sharp to be ahead of anyone else trying for the same room. If you are just checking what's available it doesn't really matter because when you want to make the reservation, that room that was available a couple of hours ago may have been booked while you were thinking about it.
I agree that you want to call with general questions later in the day.
