Best time to call for reservations

I need to call and rearrange a few things with a CM that I can't do online (I leave in about 18 days). Last few days however each time I have called and had a realllllly long wait ahead of me (up to an hour). I have just clicked tonight that the 180 day window for Easter has started, so I am guessing that might be what is causing the high call volume.

Anyway, any tips from the veterans out there about best time of day to call them when you are competing with people making reservations for a holiday weekend? Or should I just wait a week for the Easter rush to pass?
