What is the best time of day to go to Animal Kingdom.

What is the best time of day to go to Animal Kingdom.

I think it's as early as possible. The animals are more lively in the early morning and you stand a better chance of seeing some different ones. In the middle of the day when most people are there, the animals all tend to be trying to get away from the heat and resting.

Happy Birthday Cat is exactly right. Plus if you are there at the opening you can really plow through just about everything by anywhere from noon to 2:00pm and then you can head somewhere else. We have done that every time we have gone to AK and it has worked well.

I'm going out on a limb here to say the best time to go to AK is early afternoon. We tried it for the first time last trip and it was great! By the time we got there lots of people were leaving. We had the Jungle Trek practically to ourselves,which made the experience so much better. We had the best safari ride ever and got to see just about all the animals -even the lions who tend to hide. JMO.

early morning. not only is it the time to go to get the most done, the safari is best then also and once ee opens, you will need to be able to get a fastpass for it or the safari.

I do the same thing as marksor. I get there early and am done by noon or so. Also what time of the year are you going? If it is the summer you definitly should go in the AM or all the animals will be hiding from the heat.
