Best time for Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom?

When is the best time of day to play this so that we don't get stuck having to wait for the portals a lot? I'd love to try it but I don't want to see a spoiler every time while we wait before it's our turn.

My son is a "Master Sorc" (got the t-shirt and all) we've gone at just about any time of day and it hasn't been bad at all. Disney did a great job of keeping them moving (maybe not so much fun for mom/dad). But if you want a quick answer.. early morning... during eating times.. or late afternoon..

I'd also add that because people are in different places in their missions, if you do see a little of the person's in front of you, it likely won't have an impact on your game. I played mostly in the middle of the day between FP+ when I didn't want to wait in line for a ride, and rarely did I have more than 1 person ahead of me. It was easy to turn away and not pay attention if you wanted to.

Not all kids are on the same mission or the same step of the mission. It's inevitable that you'll run into someone doing the same thing though.

We didn't really run into people too much except one day when we were in Adventureland, it seemed like everyone in the world was also there. It was before lunch.

going on our first trip in October, what exactly is this and how does it work?

My kids LOVE Sotmk and has bumped the MK up to their fav park (it actually wasn't before ).

But for us, it is strictly time filler. They understand the importance of RD touring and late night touring for line wait management. So, we always play when line waits are at their heaviest. We play just after lunch before leaving park to nap or early evening on our way back into park (this is super convenient too since one of the two card pickup stations is just inside the MK entrance anyway).

Since we are willing to trade spoilers for shorter wait times on other things we just make a conscious effort to look away, converse amongst ourselves, review our card stash, etc. until it's our turn.
