Best time for photos

We are first timers and planning to make RD for all the park days. My question is when would be the best time to stop for pics? I know we should not waste touring time the first 2 hours? It will be hard not to get distracted though since it's our first time. we also want to make sure we get our money worth since we ordered memory makers as well. We will have 7 park days.

I have generally found that when I try to "schedule" time for photos, I never remember to go back. The time to do it is when you see the photopass photographer and it's a shot you would like. It really doesn't take that long. Once the Mine Train opens though, I probably would not stop on the way in if you are headed for that ride.

I highly recommend eating breakfast in the MK before rope drop. Our best photos are always on our way into the park before the crowds arrive. Later in the day Main Street is really just too busy.

Don't forget to stop again after dark with the castle lit up behind you.

We stop whenever we want to and there's no line. It takes 90 seconds, at most, and we're off to the next ride or photographer. Photopass (or Memory Maker, now) has always been my souvenir, so I'm willing to let 10 people get to a ride before me, so I can have a new memory.

Thanks! I guess slowing down a little for some photos should be worth it. I hope the next iphone camera would be enough or I ll have to think of buying another camera as ours broke recently
