Best time for Ohana's in July

Can anyone tell me what the best PS time would be for Ohana's dinner around July14th?

We have never been and this sounds great. I don't know if we could time this with the water pagent or MK fireworks or just a good sunset time.

Do we time this to see from the restaurant or a walk on the beach afterwards?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi! We'll be eating at 'Ohana for the first time in June. I had thought about trying to time the meal so that we could see the fireworks from inside the restaurant, but I decided I didn't want to worry about getting the right time and the right seat, and I've heard that the view is wonderful from the beach at the Polynesian. So we made our dinner PS for 7pm. We should have time to eat and then stroll around the Poly, going to the beach to watch the water parade at 9 and Wishes at 10. The times for these should probably be the same for your trip in July.
