Best time for Narccoossee's for fireworks?

I'll keep this short and sweet.
We'll be there in August of this year, and we want to eat at Narcoossee's and be able to see the MK fireworks (I believe the pump the music in...no?).
When would be the best time to make a reservation in order to accomplish this?

it depends on what time wishes is that night. you will have to look at the park hours for that day and see what time wishes will be. We like to watch wishes during dessert so if wishes is at 8, we make 7:00 reservations, etc. good luck, its my favorite disney restaurant!

Did you read my TR about our magical GF upgrade?
We'll be there in mid-August, so I think the fireworks would be at 10...so a 9ish reservation would be prudent I'd guess?
They've announced park hours for August, but not parade/firework times.

Think we had 8:45 ressie for 10pm Wishes. The electic water parade come past the restaurant at 9:15 and we like to see that too. You can see both from the restaurant. In August expect to step out onto the deck to the fireworks. Even if you have a good view from your table others will be on the deck and block that view. Don't expect people to move; really not a magical move to make. We were there on a chilly January night this year, so no one on the deck and a great view from our center of restaurant table. In August, we stepped out onto the deck with the masses, still extremely magical.

Yes, they pipe the music into the restaurant for Wishes.

sounds good! if you plan on getting appetizers and entrees and desserts you could even go earlier than that.
when we were there in january it was cold, so no one was on the deck blocking our view, but the above poter is correct, sometimes people will come stand right in front of the windows so you may need to venture out on the deck. I hope you enjoy it! will you be staying at the GF?

Not this time.
My most recent trip was at the Grand, and it was spectacular.
This time my group of 9 will be spending 6 nights at Bay Lake Tower (two 2 BR units), and my partner and I will be going down a night early to check out the Club Level at the AKL.
