I think in the past we have made our ADR for 5:15pm. This way we had enough time by the time we got our table, not rushing and then DS was able to change into his costume and be out just before 7.
We did a 4:15 ADR at LTT last year for MNSSHP and that worked out great and I would reccomend it. With the MNSSHP ticket alone you can get into the MK at 4:00 (at least that is what has been allowed in the past). You can then head to dinner right away...eat and get out to start playing. We started riding rides right away and despite peoples talk of being 'corraled' we never really were...or we were in the corral location without realizing !!! If we ever do MNSSHP again I will book a 4:15-4:45 slot again.
We have ADR's for 4:25pm on the night of our party...that way dinner will be out of the way, and we can spend the rest of the night enjoying the party.

So were they still dressed in Halloween costumes then even if it was before 5 pm? I was told the "official" start time for the restaurant was 5 pm and figured that meant Halloween stuff...
Do you already have an ADR for LTT? If not, call and see about availability. I called in early May to book LTT for dinner before the Oct. 5 MNSSHP, and it was totally booked. I ended up getting CP, but that was filling up too.

That's what I was told too... the only seating they had available for the night we're going (Oct. 2) when I called last month was @ 5:35, so I took it  My DH said as long as we don't have to stand out and wait in front of the turnstiles until 7pm like we always has to for MVMCP, he doesn't care what time we eat
