Best time for dinner at Toledo to watch fireworks after?

We'd like to try to Toledo for the 1st time in May and then watch the fireworks from their balcony. What time is best to make the reservation? I heard the meal takes a while, but probably skipping apps. Also, we'll need to get back to POP and considering Uber if it won't be expensive. Anybody done this?

Guessing you are wanting to see the Epcot fireworks which typically run at 9:00 pm. In that case, plan a 7:30 ADR.

Uber/lyft shouldn't be a problem for getting back to POP
