Best time for dinner at Beaches and Cream

Hi, we have two TS credits left during free dining and since I'm not sure where to use it, we are thinking about hitting Beaches and Cream on our last day at Disney. What is the best time to get dinner? We are at MK that day and would like to get back in time to catch Spectromagic everyone.

If we use 2 TS for a meal for DH and I, can we split a dessert?
