When we've done character breakfasts in the past, we've always done them as early as possible. This trip, we were only able to get a 9:30 a.m. seating at Crystal Palace. I'm concerned that it will be "prime time" and really busy, and thus not as enjoyable.

Anyone have any opinions on the best times to do a breakfast? TIA! :)

:thumbsup2 I like booking very early or very late. We often book our character breakfast like Crystal palace on the same day the MK has early entry. We enjoy the hour of light crowds and ride a ton, then the next hour is slightly more crowded, but still get a lot done. By 10am, we are sitting down to a late breakfast, after hitting a ton of rides already. We always enjoy a leisurely breakfast as the restaurant is emptying out, which means more time one on one with the characters!

We always do the character breakfasts at one of the latest times. It becomes a "brunch" type meal for us, and as the restaurant clears out, we get more time with the characters. We've always had good luck doing it this way and the food keeps coming! I think I usually make ADR's between 10:45 and 11...works out great! The only time we're not doing this is next time when we take a day for Sea World. I made a 7:30 ADR for Ohana so we wouldn't waste a TS for that day(we're on the DP).

Thanks for the input! Our ADR is for an early entry day, so I think based on your advice, I'm going to try to move it to after 10 a.m. That will give us a little more time in the park before eating, too. Thank you! :goodvibes
