Best time for an Akershus breakfast/brunch ADR?

If we end up doing EP on an EMH day, is 9:45/10:00 a good time for an Akershus ADR? The plan would be to rope drop one of the big rides, fastpass another and then eat. Alternatively, if we go on a non-EMH day, would you suggest skipping breakfast all together in favor of lunch to make the most of less crowded park times? We're going at the end of January so the parks won't be super crowded, but still! TIA!
