Need expert advice here -
Doing a Seaworld /universal combo trip. 2 adults 2 kids.
Figured to do 2 days at seaworld, have the remaining 3 at Universal.
Here's what I see -

SW- offering adults at kid prices online (54 each) and hoping then to do second day free when turn in the first day pass there.
Universal - see the 2 park unlimited tickets for 86.98$ each person.

Then there's the orlando flex 4 park ticket - which we really wouldnt go to wet n wild but those run about 195$ per adult and 165$ child.

So I cant really tell what to do and what to watch out for with any of these deals.
So looking for advice on how others would do the tickets for such a trip...

A lot depends on how old your children are. Mine are 13 & 15 (almost 14 & 16) and there is no way they would want to spend 2 days at Seaworld (we've also been there before). If you've never been, have younger children and don't plan to spend all day in the park, you can definitely use two days there. Also, again depending on when you're going, if you're not staying on site at Universal/IOA you will most likely need at least three to four days there to see/do everything.

If you're sure you don't want to do the water park I would get the tickets as you've mentioned. Since the US/IOA tickets are for 7 days, if you end up doing one day at Seaworld and don't want to go back, you still have tickets for the rest of your stay at US/IOA.

If you have older children and are going during the summer, you might want to consider a day at Wet n' Wild, just to break up the trip a bit and have a day where you can keep cool (or at least a little cooler). The I would get the flex pass.

Thanks

Yes - I will have a young child with me. Ages 4 and 8, so we figured to leave the 2 days of seaworld to be able to take our time . When we did seaworld when my older one was 3 we used 2 days there so we could still go back to the hotel and do the pool when she got tired /hot.

We're flying in on a wednesday morning, leaving late sunday night.
The main "purpose" of this trip was for seaworld for the younger one, but I wanted to throw something else in for the older one (and us) too.

Go to the Universal ticket site and look under International sales. Click Germany and you can purchase an adult 3 day ticket with child free offer. I bought this deal on the UK site in April but it looks like only the Germany site offers it now. It cost us $238 for 2 adults/2child tickets for 3 days. Beats $86 each. My kids are 3 and 9. Hope this helps.:)

Anybody got the link for the Germany Sales - all I can keep getting from Ireland is UK Sales!!!

Thanks,
