Best thing I ever ate at WDW was .....?

The coconut cream desert at Kona is simply amazing. I cannot wait to have it several times in September! pirate:

At this moment, the Kouzzina Stack breakfast from Kouzzina. I ordered it because I saw Cat Cora talk about the inspiration for this dish on "The Best Thing I Ever Ate". It was amazing, and I've actually added Kouzzina to our September trip just so I can have it again.

Keep in mind that other than eating at Kouzzina and Kona on a quick (1/2 day, non-park) trip to WDW in March, I haven't eaten at a real WDW since 11/2004. Everything was either buffets or CS when we took the twins in 11/2008. If we were counting back to then, I'd have to say the buffalo tenderloin at Artist Point (which is sadly no longer offered).

I also <3 the grapefruit cake at HBD and the chocolate marvelous at the Boulangerie.

The Tropical Fruit Creme Brulee at Citricos is the one and only thing that has ever tempted me to lick my dish when I was finished! I have had many tasty foods at WDW, and creme brulee was never a favorite dessert of mine (I usually have to have something chocolate), but this creme brulee is out of this world. If they ever take it off the menu, I'll cry...

:sunny:

I think it's a tie for me between the Colony Salad from Liberty Tree Tavern and the Copper River Salmon from Artist Point...I can't choose just one!

Honorable Mentions:
-Tonga Toast from Kona
-The Samoan from Kona (I only had one bite of this but that was enough to put it on this list! I think I might need two Kona breakfast ADRs next time I go so I can get both this and the Tonga Toast...)
-Dole Whip float
-Waffles with Bananas and Caramel from the Contempo Cafe
-Pooh's Puffed French Toast from Crystal Palace
-Hummus and Pita bread from Kouzzina (simple, but oh so good :thumbsup2)
-The Earl's Club and the Hawaiian BBQ sandwiches from Earl of Sandwich

Oh my lord...I thought I had my answer narrowed down until I saw everyone else's thoughts...

Tonga Toast @ Kona (duh! :lmao:)
Macadamia Nut Pancakes @ Kona
Spicy Kazan Roll @ Cali Grill
Slushies in France
Banana Cabana @ Poly pool bar, though I think they serve it all over
Lilikoi juice @ the Poly
Mussels @ Narcoossee's

But the best by far...

Shrimp Tempura Roll @ Cali Grill. It changed my life and I'm not exaggerating, nor do I worry what that says about my life. :cloud9: I darn near made a spectacle of myself the first time I tasted it.

Oh, speaking of life changing: Anyone else completely changed by the concept of sea salted butter? I know we were!

It was a dessert at the Kona Cafe that they don't have anymore. It was chocolate with a bit of caramel.

Chocolate creme brulee that was a dessert option at our Disney wedding lunch. It was at the Napa room but it isn't normally on the menu. I don't know where I could get it again.

The Year of a Million Dreams Almond Crusted Cheesecake at Narcoossee's....:lovestruc

OMG I forgot to add this! Best dessert I've ever had at WDW - nothing else comes close. :worship:

I always ordered one for dessert and then one to go........for breakfast the next day.......

I swear I almost cried when I was told it was no longer on the menu.
