Best thing at Oga's?

What is the best thing at Oga's. Is there a snack that is great? Best drink, alcohol or without alcohol? Or just the atmosphere?

Everyone’s tastes are different, but we like the YubNub which is a fruity tiki-style drink and the Jedi Mind Trick, a sweet but refreshing vodka drink. For first timers, the Fuzzy Tauntaun (peach fuzzy navel drink) is cool with the a mouth numbing foam on top! Our kids like the carbon freeze because it bubbles with dry ice. Never had any snacks, but if you can request a table and wait a bit, it is nice to sit down in there.

Of the drinks we tried on our first Oga's visit, the Outer Rim was my favorite. That was my mother's choice, and I thought it was better than the Jedi Mind Trick that I ordered. Still have yet to try the tingling one.

We LOVE Oga's. The best part is the experience. You really feel like you are in the cantina from A New Hope. My husband's favorite drink is the Yub Nub, and mine is the Bespin Fizz. (Both are very fruity.) But we have tried a bunch of drinks and like them all. If we're getting a snack, we like the Batuu Bits best (think veggie chips and hummus).

I like the Yub Nub, it's a basic fruity rum drink that comes with a great souvenir glass.

The cookie that comes with the Blue Bantha is honestly my favorite snack they offer. Both the food options are not worth it; grab a ronto wrap and bring it in with you.

No real food here to speak of right? Not sure why my reservations say lunch, or dinner on them. I guess we'll be having liquid meals. :)

There are just a few small appetizers right? (we do plan to eat other places)

I made my reservations near park closing which is about the time we're ready for an adult beverage(s) anyway. Hope that strategy works well.

The Skyhopper is my favorite, it is like a grasshopper but with melon & kiwi flavor instead of mint.

I understand they have alcoholic drinks there but would my 19-year-old son be able to go in as long as he doesn't order an alcoholic drink obviously?

The only correct answer to OP's question is "wine or beer." Everything else on the menu is sugar water with artificial flavoring--basically a melted pop-ice--some of which have trace amounts of "alcohol."

Lunch and dinner specify the time window so that people can search for ADRsearlier or later in the day. The only food served are a couple bar snacks--no full meals. Oga's used to have a breakfast that included some light breakfast food items, but that has not returned post-covid.

Yes. All the bars (aka "lounges" in Disney lingo) are open to all ages, including teens and younger kids. The only exception I was aware of was that Trader Sam's back when it was open used to be adult only after a certain time at night (I think 8pm) but was kid-friendly before that.

I’ve really enjoyed my trips to Oga’s. My favorite drink is the Yub Nub, but I also really like the Bloody Rancor (possibly because most of my reservations end up at breakfast time). The charcuterie board is tasty and well done, we’ve had it several times—it used to be a secret menu item but now it’s on the menu. DH and I shared it for breakfast and it was enough food for us. Another good option is a breakfast Ronto wrap before going to Oga’s.

I like the Yub Nub best, but honestly all of the drinks are way too sweet in my opinion.

I like the fuzzy tauntaun, but some don’t like the numbing foam. Tub Nub is good too, and you don’t have to buy the souvenir glass that it comes with (same with the other drinks that come in a souvenir glass). Just have to let them know before you pay you just want the drink.

My grandsons love the Carbon Freeze-it is gold and green layered and comes fizzing so the boba balls in it are jumping around. It appears to be smoking and gets lots of attention! Fun for the younger kids!

The Black Spire Brew is really good if you're avoiding alcohol. It's a cold brew coffee and fruit juice mix.
