Best table service for singles??

Don't know if here is where I should be posting this one, but does anyone have any great recommendations for a table service restaurant for singles in the 20 something crowd? I thought maybe Rose and Crown or Raglan Road with their pub atmospheres??? My brother may end up on his own for a night.

ESPN at the boardwalk is a sports bar.

Raglan Road in Downtown Disney. I can't say it's better than Rose & Crown, because I've never eaten at the latter, but it's got a much larger selection. And live/lively Irish music at night.

He should just go where the food and atmosphere most appeal to him. I've dined solo all over WDW, and never felt out of place for doing so. So it just depends on what he likes.

could work if he's outgoing. It's community seating. There's a band playing intermittently. Big River Grille is a working micro brewery with general pub fare.

If he's into food, some of the signature restaurants have counter seats overlooking the kitchens. Jiko and Flying Fish both have good views.
