Chocolate chip cookies at the Main Street Bake Shop in MK
Napoleans at the France Pavilion in Epcot
Sugar Glazed Pecans as you take a right hand turn onto the WS at Epcot

Those are really the only "must have" sweet items for me, although I always manage to "happen" upon others during my stay.

I love the chocolate mousse at Flying Fish!

My favorite park snack is the chocolate chip cookies from the Bakery on Main St in the MK.

Epcot: sweet nuts as you enter WS, chocolate 'moose' at Le Cellier, chocolate candy from UK, anything from the French bakery (sacristain--yum), baklava from Morroco, khaki gori or soda candy from Japan, funnel cakes from America, cannoli from Italy, sweet fried wontons from China, German chocolate cookie or chocolate covered carmael cashew candies from Germany, sweet pretzels, veiled maiden, or rice cream from Norway, and churros in Mexico. Along with the fruit tarts and chocolate tulip thingys from the bakery in Future World. If you like ice cream try a Kitchen Sink or No Way Jose sundae from Beaches & Cream at BC.

MGM: raspberry white chocolate cookies, fudge, frozen lemonade, Itzakaduzie, Peanut Butter & Jelly milkshake from 50's Prime Time

AK: frozen lemonade, frozen strawberry bars, frozen bananas, Mickey bars

MK: DOLE WHIP float #1, ice cream cookie sandwich from Main Streeet Bakery, Strawberry swirl, fudge

DTD: anything from Goofy's candy factory or the Candy Cauldron (carmel apples made to order, huge choc covered strawberries, and delish fudge)

Ok here are my all time favorites.

Elephant ears, and chocolate mousse from france pavillion in Epcot
Mickey Bars
Peanut Butter, and Jelly shake from 50's Primetime Cafe!!(Hands down the best shake, I ever had in my life!!!)

The bakery in Norway has VERY good pastries. I had school bread and an almond-covered pretzel. Both were very good without being overly sweet. DH had a chocolate cake that was delicious. Also, when in Morocco you must step into Tangierine Cafe if you like baklava.

Creme brulee is a custard (typically vanilla) with a caramelized sugar top.
Cannolis are rolled-up fried pastry shells with a creamy filling
The No Way Jose and Kitchen Sink are giant sundaes, the Kitchen Sink being the most gigantic you should ever see.
