For someone like me that has a huge sweet tooth, what are some "not-to-be-missed" sweet concoctions to try at WDW?

Please pass on your favorites so that I know what to try when I get there in a couple of weeks (Memorial Day Weekend). :yay: Thanks!!!

I have a huge sweet tooth, here are some of my favorites... :cloud9:

MK - Main Street Bakery - Really, anything I've tried is wonderful, but I love the white cupcakes and the apple turnovers. Of course I love the Dole Whips in adventureland!!!

MGM - Caramel apples at the candy store, yummy, thick carmel over a Granny Smith apple.

Epcot - In France I love the bakery (notice a trend here???) The Napoleons are wonderful!!! I also love the elephant ears and chocolate mousse...

AK - It always seems hotter than any other park and I love to get a Minute Maid frozen strawberry lemonade, so freshing and so much flavor!!! Chocolate covered frozen bananas are also a good way to cool off.

Don't forget the Mickey Bars, still a favorite and always will be... :goodvibes

MK - love Dole Whips, Selma's cookies from Main Street Bakery (also available in Downtown Disney at Goofy's.

Epcot - most anything from Norway bakery (especially the rice cream and the school bread)

Love the ice cream at Beaches and Cream.

MK - Sleepy Hollow...funnel cakes AND the chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches. YUM!

Anywhere - the Mickey Mouse ice cream bars. very good. DDs loved them...we have pictures of them covered in chocolate to prove it.

My favorite place for sweets is Goofy's Candy Co. in DTD. They have all types of candy and sweets but the best part is the make your own pretzels, apples, marshmellows etc. You can pick all kinds of toppings and watch your own creation being made. Its a fun thing to do for adults and kids.

Mickey rice krispie treats at many places like MK candy store, food courts, etc.

Mickey bars at many places

Berry cobbler at Artist Point

Don't miss the cannolis (sp) in Italy! They are sooo good! I wish I could have one now!

Bread Pudding at 'Ohana
Chocolate Whiskey Cake at Le Cellier
Anything at Main Street Bakery
Anything at Beaches & Cream
You can get cream broulee and chocolate mousse at lots of places

Even though I'm a lifetime WW, I can't and WON'T live without chocolate!!!
My favorite dessert was the Kilauea torte at Kona Cafe (ala mode of course).
I would use all my daily points for this dessert.0 :flower:

Another sweet tooth here.
At Main Street Bakery, the ice cream cookie sandwich with chocolate chip cookies; at BC Marketplace the chocolate chip macaroon bars; at the French bakery, the Peach tart; at Enchanted Grove in MK, the strawberry swirl; if you like ice cream, be sure to have a No Way Jose Sundae at B&C.

I love the frozen lemonade at MGM, and I wish they would bring back the beaver tails!

The Creme Brulee at Le Cellier was YUMMY!!!
The No Way Jose at Beaches & Cream....anything w/ Peanut Butter has my vote!!

I am another one who REALLY misses the beaver tails in Canada.

As for what you can still get.......
1. Mickey bars - LOVE 'em
2. MK Sleepy Hollow - ice cream cookie sandwich and caramel corn
3. MK Main Street Bakery - crumb cake - to die for!!!
4. MGM Starring Rolls Bakery or Brown Derby - Grapefruit cake
5. MGM Min & Bill's - Milkshakes
6. EPCOT France - Lemon Tart

There is no place like WDW for indulging a sweet tooth! Such a fun part of a Disney vacation IMO!!

We love the apple turnovers at the Main Street Bakery and we recently had the chocolate souffle at the Flying Fish Cafe. I want some dessert now!
