best sushi?

hi folks, where in the "world" is your favorite place for the best sushi? thanks in advance.

Go to the Swan, eat @ Kimonos. The Sushi bar in Japan @ Epcot is VVVVEEEERRRYYY limited. Kimonos is great. Granted, it's a hotel sushi bar, but still good.
I need a sushi fix once a week & this works.

Wolfgang Puck has a great Sushi Bar over at DTD.................We go there once per trip..........great stuff.........

DH and I are big sushi eaters. We tried the CG sushi and it was pretty good. The rice that they use is a sweet rice. We're looking forward to trying sushi at Wolfgang Puck!!

The Tempora Bar or the Matsunoma Lounge at EC both offer very good sushi as well. The Cal Grill isnt bad either.

Have tried the sushi at CG and at Wolfgang's at DTD. Both very good.

I have tried the sushi at all of the places listed above.

The best by far was Wolfgang Puck's.

CG was very good but quite pricey. I found the sushi at Wolfgang's to be much more reasonably priced and VERY good.

Of the ones I have tried.

1. California Grill
2. Wolfgang Pucks (When they first opened they were great, like using real crab in the california rolls etc, but now I would compare them to a decent place here in Jax)
3. Matasuma Lounge (in the Japanese pavillion) not that great, but if nice place to relax and get a sushi fix.

I keep on forgetting about Kimono's but it is on my to do list. Also there is a Benihana's in the Hilton at Downtown Disney.

DW and I also had sushi at the CG. We ordered from the menu and the waiter brought it to our table. Is there an actual sushi bar you can sit at hidden away somewhere in the CG? The menu offerings are rather limited. Who can live without the crunchable goodness of octopus?
