best Sushi

Can anyone tell me where you can get the best sushi in the WDW?

Hands down Cali Grill....Yoshi the sushi Master that is the head of the area is amazing and so is the sushi......We have eaten sushi at a number of WDW resorts and Cali Grill is the top of the list....In July my husband and son(14) shared 3 sushi platters (Spicy Sensation - Scallops, Tuna, Avocado, Tobiko, and Fireball Sauce) for apps and then split another one and a filet for entree.

The rest of us 3 people were allowed to have one maybe 2 pieces but that was about it....

Thank-you for the info. I was considering giving cali Grill a try! Now I will definitly book it for our April '09 trip!

We also had sushi at CG and it was VERY yummy.

Funny side note - One of the people in our party had never had sushi before and she thought the wasabi was guacamole. I saw out of the corner of my eye as took the whole glob of it and tossed in her mouth. I said that wasnt guacamole and you see her eyes light up. She didnt think it was funny but i nearly wet my pants.

Had sushi in May at CG and Tokyo Dining. Hands down, Tokyo Dining was better. Fresher and (i was shocked) better presentation.

Sushi in Jan at pucks was ok, not great, just ok. Kimonos is usually very good also.

I have to disagree with the Toyko Dining suggestion it was by far the worst sushi we have had in WDW. We were there in March and did not like it at all...

I agree, I did not like the sushi in Epcot either. But the sushi at California Grill is excellent.

I've heard good things about Kimono's as well, so I plan on trying it out on our next trip.
