Best surprise ever !!! Disneyland - 10 annv. trip HELP!!!!

I have the best DH in the world, our 10 year anniversary is coming up, and he said he wanted to plan it. so last night he said, I planned our trip, but I need your planning skills for all the details, I said ok, soooo then he just smiles, and said you wanna know where we are going? I was like YES!!! He said whats your favorite place on earth?, I of course said WDW, but I was confused as we are going in Nov. of this year, He said we are going to see Mickey but in Cali. WE are going to Disneyland, I started crying, I can't believe it, this is something I have wanted to do since I was a little girl, watching the Wonderful World of Disney on Sunday nights, this is a real dream to go to where it all started.

So I need lots of help and pixie dust

I have a ton of questions... so here we go. Maybe I should give you some of the details 1st. We leave Atlanta, early arriving in Cali around 11:00 ish, flying into LAX - Staying at Sheraton on Disneyland drive, and leaving on Sat, early.

Best way to get to Disneyland, we are not renting a car. - Shuttle? Car service?

Sheraton - any type of grocery store, walgreens, cvs within a short walking distance to maybe grab some snacks, water, adult beverages?

So I was thinking 3 day park hopper?

Best dinning in each park,? character meals okay with us

Most romanic Table service?

Which resturant for WOC package?

Any help, rides that we must do? fast pass info?

What will the weather be like the 1st week of May? Will we be able to swim?

I am so excitied, I can hardly type, so sorry if I am rambling on and on..

Did I say that I have the best Husband in the world...

So I was thinking 3 day park hopper? you don't say when you arrive just when you leave. I recommend a 4 day hopper if you have enough days.

for character meals we prefer Minnie & Friends and Ariel's Grotto

Most romanic Table service?
Probably Napa Rose Chef's Table, but I really enjoyed eating at Carthay Circle as well.

it depends on what you are used to for swimming weather, my kids will swim in early May but I don't.
