The Academy will be awarding DISCARS in the categories of Best Supporting Actress and Best Supporting Actor.

These awards will recognize the contribution to community that comes from individuals who consistently share concern and care for others. Known to some as P&PD, one of the strengths of our little piece of the World Wide Web is that it is a place when people can find and give support.

The Academy welcomes public comment or suggestions for nominations.

I'm with Glo, its hard to choose, because we have so many supporting players here on the DIS.

But without question, my vote for Best Supporting Actress goes to our own Katholyn - Nativetxn. She didn't wrack up 27,000 posts by talking about the weather! I've never seen a post where someone is asking for support that Kath didn't answer.

And the good news is she is just as sweet, just as caring, just as compassionate in REAL LIFE as she is on the DIS!

Hats off to Kath, she has my unwaivering loyalty and friendship - and my nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
