I've had oily skin all my life (I'm now almost 38), and also have developed sensitive skin in the last few years. I've found that it's not just what you put on, but everything that you use. I've been really happy with Acne Free (like ProActive but available at Costco & much cheaper!) 3-step, followed by Clinique Superdefense Triple Action Moisturizer SPF 25 (the one for oily skin). Then after that's had a chance to soak in, I add the Clinique Pore Minimizer T-Zone Shine Control. (This can be re-applied over makeup throughout the day, too.) For foundation, I use Cargo One Base, which isn't specifically for oily skin, but I like it), and for powder I still love Cornsilk (harder to find now, but still around!) I then will blot with a tissue or paper towel any time I notice I'm getting shiny. For WDW in September, I will need to use a better sunscreen. Hawaiian Tropic Ozone (SPF 50, oil free stick, waterproof) works the best for me--doesn't irritate my skin, doesn't get in my eyes, and stays put, but doesn't really rub in, either, so I've never tried it with makeup over it. My dermatologist keeps telling me not to use it other than when I need waterproof, but I started to burn with what she recommended in much less time than with Ozone. I will probably try the Blue Lizard Sunscream Sensitive I use on the kids. I sweat horribly so I'm not planning on wearing makeup during the day at WDW. I will carry Noxema Triple Clean Anti-Blemish Pads & clean my face several times throughout the day, then re-apply sunscreen and powder.
