Any tips for the least amount of wait time? I guess I should be in line early. What time do people start lining up?

Line starts at 9, they start at 11. I doubt you can see them in less than 2 hours right now unless you're lucky.

We were there today at rope drop. The park was really empty, I guess due to the marathon but there were still at least 6 families ahead of us in line at 9am to see Anna and Elsa. We were in and out by 11:15 and there were groups there waiting in the 2pm line when we were done. They are allowing families to split up though so one parent can stay while the other takes the kids to ride. They just go thru the line asking how many in your party and count that way.
