Best strategy for reserving two rooms at BCV at 11 months

We are planning a trip with extended family in October 2014. We own at BCV and would like to stay there. We need two 2 bedrooms. Should I go online at 8 a.m. at the 11 month mark? Or wait until 9 a.m. and call?

Is there any need to walk the reservations?

MS can only book one room at a time, and the on-line system can only book one room at a time also. If you wait to call, you've lost an hour of booking time.

go on at 8 am and book the first room then book the second. Even if you wait till 9 I think you'll be OK but why risk it.

I would g on at 8am and book one and then the other. At 9am i would call and add "travelling with" to the reservations.

Remember there are only 25 two bedroom villas that are dedicated with two queen beds in the second bedroom. You might get one of those and one with one queen and one double sleeper sofa. Or even one lock off.
