Best strategy for Olaf's Snow Fest?

Does anyone have any helpful tips for this so the wait is not too long? Is it best to go at Park Opening? Thanks!

Unless something has changed again, your best strategy for the snow fest is unfortunately going to be time machine. Olaf (no snow fest) was still doing meet & greets though if that's what you meant. Last I heard the lines weren't too bad. We grabbed A&E fastpasses and then went to Olaf in June so there was just a few family's ahead of us. I never went back by to see if the line got any longer though.

Should have clarified we are going during the holiday season I thought I read that it will be happening then.

We went right at opening in February and there was maybe a half dozen other kids there. We were going to head to Monsters Inc because that is our traditional first DCA ride but we were told that Olaf was at the Snow Fest and lonely, so we went there first!

If it's as crowded as it was last year when it re-opens for the holidays, don't go first thing in the morning. It's great if you want to meet Olaf, but the 3 times I went last winter/spring, the actual attraction was having "technical difficulties" and we got to meet Olaf, but no snowfest. Best bet I'd think is to stick to the stuff in the Hollywood area that's close to it and keep an eye out. When it's clearly open, head over.

As far as just meeting Olaf, when we were there in July, there was an initial rush to meet him in the mornings and the line got long then, but if you waited until late morning or early afternoon, his line was often only a 10 or 15 minute wait. We saw him two different days of our trip with short waits each time.
