DH and I are going to book Yourride Towncar for our ground transportation. We want to make a grocery stop so we can get some cereal, snacks, milk, a bottle of champagne and a styro-foam cooler. What's the best grocery store between MCO and WDW to request to stop at? We are wanting good selection and reasonable prices.

Last time we went, we got a town car instead of a rental car. We stopped at Albertson's. Prices were reasonable. Selection was typical for a supermarket. Our driver said that Albertson's is where she shops, and she thinks the prices there are the best.

I like the Publix at 192 and Xentury Drive. The prices are not bad and the store is nice and clean. Depending on where you are staying, it may be out of your way. I would avoid the Goodings at the Crossroads for "staples". It is terribly overpriced!

Another vote for Publix. Good prices. Have a great time.

We also used Yourride...( great by the way !!), and he suggested PUBLIX. Great store with low prices - here you can find everything you need.

Goodings is too expensive.

Does anyone know how late Publix is open on Sunday night? Our flight doesn't get in until 11:00pm but I would still like to make a quick stop.:D
