My DS (12) is a steak fanatic. When we went to Aulani he loved the kids steak at Ama Ama and I was hoping we may fine something comparable at Disney.

So, what is your favorite place to get steak and why?

Another vote for Shula's. I've also always liked our steaks at Le Cellier if you prefer something in-park...but Shula's is the place to go if you've got a real fanatic.

The filet sliders at the Boathouse (filet mignon is used instead of the patty) is 12 dollars for two and is a flavor party. So good, and perfect for a kid.

For you to get in on the action too, Wine Bar George has a family sized skirt steak in this picture for 69 that feeds up to 4 people, and it is heaven on earth. Don’t let the name fool you, I’ve seen kids there, and I also really recommend the outdoor seating on the second floor. So fun!

1) Narcoossee’s
2) Le Cellier
3) BOG
4) Yachtsman
5) Boathouse (Hugely disappointing as I had eaten at Gibson’s in Chicago on many occasions and always had a great steak).

The best is going to be whatever they serve at Victoria and Albert's. I was not impressed with Yachtsman. I'd go for Shula's or California Grill for things that are open now.

So Boathouse was hugely disappointing, but also in your top 5?

If you want a more reasonably priced steak than Yachtmans, Shulas, etc - try Mama Melrose in DHS...very good steak

Topolino's gets my current vote. The filet on their dinner menu is :lovestruc. They also have a steak on their breakfast menu ... their breakfast is a modified character meal and is really cute. Filet sliders at Boathouse definitely get a shoutout. Those are great too, as, I'm sure are their steaks, I just haven't had them. Haven't had it in a while but always enjoyed the filet at Hollywood Brown Derby. If/when they reopen, Jiko and Flying Fish both had great steaks as well.

We ate at Le Cellier once in 2007, and the steak I had wasn't worth it at half the price. I don't know if we caught the restaurant or cook at a bad time, but we weren't happy campers.

I've wanted a re-do as I've read so many glowing reviews, but my s/o doesn't want to risk spending that kind of money on the off chance it might go better next time.

I've personally never heard a bad word about California Grill, so that's where I'd head for steak.

Shula's and Yachtsman are the only places on property where we'd consider getting a steak. We have yet to have a decent steak at Le Cellier and have pretty much moved them to our never again list. We've gotten steaks at a number of signatures that offer steaks, but there's been absolutely no wow factor with them...from California Grill to Topolino's...just kind of meh at best to us. My only knock on Shula's is that it's not unique to WDW. I could get Shula's at home...but it's not the best steak in the area at home...so it makes it hard for me to justify it on vacation. If you're interested in venturing offsite, I've heard Bull and Bear is worth it for steak lovers.
