Okay - where is the best filet mignon on property? Thanks!

LeCellier was the worst steak I have had on property. Longhorn produces better quality steaks for 1/3 of the price.
One of the best was at Jiko! But they may have changed the menu.
Otherwise if you are stuck with DDP Yachtsman or Boathouse (Boathouse does Gibson's steaks so they should be good)
Jiko and Shula's are tied for me.
Flavor wise the combination of the oak wood grill and whatever rub they use at Jiko makes it my favorite filet from a flavor prospective, pre-refurb Flying Fish, a close second for the same reason.
If you're looking for filet solely off of quality of beef I'd pick Shula's. It's more simply prepared but it allows the quality of the meat to speak for itself. Every filet we've had at Shula's appears to have been further up the loin muscle where chateaubriands are typically cut from and have been less fibrous than filets further down the loin which we've encountered at other on property Signature restaurants offering filet.
Sides at Shulas edge out Jiko for me (including the mac and cheese vs crab mac and cheese). I don't typically get filet when I go to shula's though, usually opting for ribeye instead.
