Best Steak for 1 TS credit?

Hey guys - planning a trip for friends and they really want a good steak but also don't want to spend more than one TS credit on any one meal. What's your best bet on steak on property using this as a guideline?

My husband and I both agree that Captain's Grille at YC is awesome! Everything we have ever had there has been great (especially the steak).
