Best spring time trip for discount code

Planning a spring trip any time from March to end of May. When is the most likely time during this period to get a discount, particularly something that includes some type of dining deal. Should I book now or wait for the specials?

even if there is no dining I'd be happy with the best discount available so the food cost won't matter as much.

We are going to WDW the first week in May/2015. I'm am really hoping for a room only discount.
