Best Spot for watching Nighttime Spectacular

Hi All,

Have an upcoming trip planned with my DW and DD7. As this is the first time we are doing the dining plan, I have a few questions about good watching spots after our late dinners.

We have dinner reservations at Chef Mickey’s and also 1900 Park Fare.

If we wanted to stay around the resorts afterwards and catch the Nighttime Spectacular, is one of the resorts better then the other?

Anyone have any suggestions for a good spot to catch the show?

Do you mean the electrical water pageant? If so, they repeat the same show at each of the MK resorts and times where it floats by each resort are listed on the times guide for MK - don't remember exactly where I saw it but I think it was with parades and entertainment. It it's something else to which you are referring, then I know nothing.

I thought I had read or seen the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from Magic Kingdom could be seen from some of the resorts. (I may be wrong)

So was wondering if anyone has any experience viewing the show (if its even possible) from the Contemporary Resort or The Grand Floridian?

The better of those two would probably be the Contemporary. On the fourth floor there is an observation deck, with piped in music of the show. It is a great location. The beach at the Polynesian Resort is also a nice, straight on view. Music there also.
