We usually do the deluxe dining plan and usually have no use (or room in our stomachs!) for snack credits and end up bringing home 40+ snacks.
Our favorites are fudge because there's a million flavors and it's nice slices and they last awhile after you get home and transport well.
The cinnamon rolls at the Main Street bakery in MK are also delish and they're HUGE. More than ample for a breakfast.
As an aside, I really cringe when I read posts about people trying to maximize the dining plan. It really takes a lot of the fun out of it (ordering the most expensive item on the menu versus something new or something you have a taste for) and can actually become quite miserable. While ordering a $4 snack to "maximize" the plan may make you smile and make it more fun when you're crunching the savings when you get home, you may very well get more satisfaction from a $2 popsicle on a hot day. Last year, I forbid anyone in our family from using snack credits for drinks because I thought they were wasteful (especially when we had drinks at every meal and refillable mugs) and it made me miserable, it made the family miserable and it left us with 48 snack credits the day before we left (and it took us two hours in Goofy's on the day before we left to spend them all).
Order what you want. Enjoy the dining experience. You'll more than likely come out ahead, anyways

You can have a full meal using just snack credits - but who am I kidding I just go for the baked goods
