best snacks for breakfast?

What are the best snack options for breakfast in each park and POR? I’m mostly a coffee coffee coffee person, but my kids seem to be hungry 24/7.

HS- We had to resort to Starbucks (Trolley Car Café) Next trip we will try Woody's Lunch Box
Ep- Sunshine Seasons or France Bakery
