Best Sit Down Restaurant for ECVs

I'm taking my parents to Disney World next month and would like to know if anyone can recommend what is the best sit down restaurant in the World Showcase for someone who has to stay in the their ECV. When my sister and I go, she is in a ECV, but she can walk a little and usually she leaves her ECV parked outside the restaurants. However, my Mom will be with us this year and she must stay in her ECV and maneuver her way to the table. Any suggestions are much appreciated! Thanks!

Can she transfer to a chair once she is near the table? Or does she need to stay on the ECV and just turn the seat to face the table?

The roomiest one that we have been in with DD's manual wheelchair was the one in Norway. We have been in the one in China and Mexico; those were pretty tight even with a manual wheelchair (which would be much more manouverable than an ECV). We also have been in the Italy restaurant - not sure if it has changed since it changed names/management.

I'm not able to walk very far so I drive my ECV to the table and transfer to a chair I feel more comfortable sitting in a chair at the table. Then DH moves the ECV to a spot outside the restaurant. I was able to get into all the restaurants but Mexico was very tight . I've also eaten at France, Italy, Morrocco, Norway, China, Japan, England and Germany.

Rose and Crown is a bit difficult. Table spacing is very tight. The same thing applies to Le Cellier. When you book reservations be sure to tell them you have a WC/ECV in your party & mention it when you check in at the podium.

Thanks. I know she would prefer to stay in her ECV because sometimes the chairs are too hard for her.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I think I'm going to try and get reservations at Teppan Edo when ADRs are available. I'm also considering wether we will skip Epcot and just go to Sea World instead because American Adventure is going to be closed during our visit!!
