If you could only go to one signature restaurant which one would you choose and why?? They all look wonderful and we just can't decide!

of those i've been to, i liked citricos best....great food and absolutely outstanding service..

Flying Fish...California Grill is a close second...OH and Citricos (sorry)

But if I only had to pick one, it would be Flying Fish...YUM

Citricos, hands down

We have also done
Yachtsman
Flying Fish
Hollywood Brown Derby
Narcoossees

Jiko. I love the wine list, the ambiance, the appetizers, the service, the Amarula crème brûlée, the lamb ... I could go on. I also like walking around the grounds of the Animal Kingdom before dinner and relaxing at Victoria Falls with a nightcap after. It's a beautiful resort and a fantastic restaurant.

I think V&A and the 3 restaurants at Swan/Dolphin are better than Disney's signatures. Out of Disney's, I like Flying Fish the best, followed by Citricos and Jiko.

Citricos - amazing food, fantastic service, and I love Mediterranean flavors.

OK if V&A doesn't count I'll go for Bistro de Paris if that doesn't count I pick California Grill. The view at CG is amazing and the food is fantastic. Citricos is a close runner up.

It depends on your tastes and usual dining style. If you are into sushi theirs is wonderful. Veiw is nice but other dishes are good but not our favorite. If by fine dining you want a great steak then Yachtsman is wonderful. It is my favorite.

We went to both Jikos and Yatchmans on our honeymoon and we really enjoyed both places, but we happened to like Jikos better. It was different and unique and the food and wine were very good.

Artist Point is my personal favorite. Citricos, Jiko, and Yachtsman are all very close. I actually like all of the above restaurants more than Bluezoo and Bistro de Paris.

Yea, can't really narrow it down. Jiko was spectacular - probably my favorite but I just can't decide. Citricos - if you go you have to get the veal shank. Amazing service (yea I kinda broke a cup there - can't take me anywhere apparently). Yachtsman was also amazing, big fan.

hitting flying fish for the first time for the first dinner of the next trip, glad to know its a favorite of others,

Well, I think we've decided on Yahtsman and California Grill. I was able to get a 7:30 seating for 8:00 Wishes at Cali! So excited!

Bistro de Paris all the way. I have been going to this restaurant on almost every Disney trip I have ever been on since I was a kid, so many years and at least 20+ visits. I love the atmosphere as it's quiet and the view of the fireworks is amazing. I was once there until well after 10pm and me and my friend got to walk through the park after with almost no one there, that was cool. The staff are so nice and the food is always so delicious. The beef parmentier...I will forever love that!

I also like Citricio's and will have a special place in my heart for that restaurant as we had food from there brought up to our room on our wedding night and went back for our anniversary:lovestruc
