Best signature dining?

My fiancee and I are going to the world this November and want to have a couple romantic nights. Victoria and Alberts is a bit too pricey. We ate at Artists Point last year and LOVED IT but we're also thinking of the Flying Fish Cafe, the California Grill, and Bistro de Paris. Any feedback would be great!

California Grill is great. I was there with ex during wishes fireworks; very romantic. You also get a nice view of WDW.

Jiko is phenomenal with the largest selection of S. African wine in North America.

How was the food at California Grill? We are thinking about going there for our signature night as well.

California Grill has really nice food. You get a pretty good selection of different types...pasta, meats, salads. It's also got a very nice ambiance that you both will like...call ahead of time and ask for a table around the back or even better, one next to the window! you can see the castle and the Fireworks if you hit it at the right time!
