best shoe style for kids

We are going to WDW for the first time June 21st ~June 27th. We have two girls Lauren 6 and Brynna 3. I have just about everything they need except for shoes. They both have a pair of crocs and I have been told that those are the best to wear . Any suggestions?

Just happened that our first trip was in Jan. My kids had outgorwn their sandals form summer and the only ones I could find were online from Lands end. The ones wiht the rubber soles and the velcro adjustable straps. They were perfect. I ordered a pair for thelast trip as well. This past Jan my daughter had a pair of crocs and wore those some.

For the kids they wroe tennis shoes on plane and we brought only the other pair of sandals I talked about

I just bought dd9 a pair of sandals from Lands End. They have a closed toe and come in about 8 colors. I can't give a personal recommendation though since we haven't gotten them. She does like her Crocs...but not without socks. I plan to take her Nike sneakers, Crocs (for walks to the pool), and her Lands End sandals. I have read that it's best to have them switch a few times during the stay...instead of wearing the same shoe every day. I plan to do that.
